It's obvious we're a bit obsessed with food. We also believe that the food that thrills you always begins with the best and freshest ingredients.
That's why you'll see us at our own Roslindale Farmers' Market and local purveyors and generally eating our way throughout New England. We're always in search of "the best" and a place for those select ingredients on our menu.
Our eggs are cage free, all of our meats are certified humane, everything here is real. We make every effort to use local suppliers and take advantage of what our seasons provide.
Of course it doesn't get any more local than our own bakery right out back. Many of the baked items on our menu were being taken out of the oven just as you walked through our door.
Welcome to The Sugar Baking Co. & Restaurant, we're pretty big on composing and creating our own food, not merely assembling it.
chef's update.
Hey everybody! It's Chef Jaime. Just wanted to let you all know how excited we are here S.B.C & Restaurant to help shake off all of this Winter's snow with an exciting new spring menu! Focusing as always on fresh, seasonal and local ingredients. We've been having lots of fun with our ever changing dessert menu. If you haven't tried our baked to order Molten Lava Cakes and our French Doughnuts, well, frankly, you're missing out. We've also got some pretty cool stuff happening on the dinner menu such as Wagon Short Rib Mac & Cheese & made to order Clam Chowder.
